铠装k型热电偶的工作原理与一般工业热电偶一样,基于seeback(塞贝克)效应,即:如果由两种不同成分的均质导体(热电极)组成闭合回路,当两端存在温度梯度时,回路中就有电流通过,那么两端之间就存在seeback电势-热电势(如下图所示)

wr系列热电偶是本公司精心设计制造的新一代温度传感系列产品,热电偶按分度号不同分为k型热电偶、e型热电偶等,本系列产品符合国际电工委员会(iec)标准,技术性能可替代同类进口产品。广泛用于航空、原子能、石油、化工冶金、电力、机械等现代化设备和离科技领域,也适合于进口成套设备的维修更换或输出项目的成套配套以及技术改造项目的配套。
在化工厂,生产现场常伴有各种易燃、易爆等化学气体、蒸汽,如果使用普通热电偶非常不安全,极易引起环境气体爆炸。因此,在这些场合必须使用防爆热电偶作温度传感器,本厂生产的隔爆或本安型热电偶产品适用在diibt4~diict6、ibiibt4、iaiibt4、iaiict6温度组别区间内具有爆炸性气体危险的场所内。工业用防爆热电偶是一种温度传感器,在化学工业自控系统中应用极广,通过温度传感器,可将控制对象的温度参数变为电信号,传递给显示,记录和调节仪表,对系统实行检测,调节和控制。
绍兴中仪生产的隔爆或本安型热电偶技术性能符合jb/t9238-1999工业热电偶技术条件gb/t16839-1997、gb/t16839.2-1997工业热电偶分度表及允许误差,同时产品均符合爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备通用要求gb3836.1-2000、gb3836.2-2000标准,由国家级仪器仪表防爆安全监督检验站对产品图样、技术文件、样机进行专门审定和批准,并发给防爆合格证。
防爆热电偶必须使用本安补偿导线,其分布参数控制范围:总电感量≤2mh,电容量≤0.06,同时使用关联设备zya系列安全栅。通常装配热电偶和显示仪表、记录仪表、电子计算等配套使用,直接测量各种生产过程中的0°c~1300°c范围内液体、蒸汽和气体介质以及固体表面温度。装配热电偶通常是由热电极绝缘材料保护管和接线盒等部件组成。其中两热电极一端焊接在一起,起感温元件的作用,是热电偶的核心部份。绝缘材料的作用是将两热电极隔离开,防止短路现像。保护管的作用是使热电极和被测介质不直接接触,此外还起固定和支撑热电偶感温元件的作用。接线盒的作用是用来固定连接感温元件与外接导线,并保护感温元件免受外界气氛侵蚀。

·k型热电偶与显示仪表等配套,在一定的使用范围内对气体、液体介质或固体表面温度进行自动检测或自动调节。

·其他:等离子弧、电子束、激光、单晶体生长和其他物理特性方面的实验室研究。
由于热电偶的使用要求不同,其外形也往往存在很大差异,但是它们的基本结构大致相同,通常由铠装热电偶元件,安装固定装置和接线盒等主要部件组成。
1、热电偶元件:它是由金属套管,绝缘材料(一般为氧化镁粉)和热电偶线三者组合而成的坚实体。按测量端的结构形式,一般可分为绝缘k型热电偶、接壳k型热电偶、露端k型热电偶和分离式绝缘型k型热电偶供用户选用,如果用户没有指明测量端的结构形式,则提供绝缘型或接壳形。
2、安装固定装置,其结构形式可分为:无固定装置k型热电偶,固定卡套螺纹k型热电偶、可动卡套螺纹k型热电偶,固定卡套法兰k型热电偶,可动卡套法兰k型热电偶和外保护管式k型热电偶等。
3、接线方式:其结构可分为,瓷接线板k型热电偶、简易式k型热电偶,同径保护帽式,防溅接钱盒式k型热电偶、防水接线盒式k型热电偶、隔爆接线盒式k型热电偶、插座式k型热电偶、弹簧压着式k型热电偶、手柄式k型热电偶、带补偿导线k型热电偶等。
1、测温范围大:本系列铠装热电偶规格范围大,品种规格齐全适用于各种测量组合,在-200℃~ 1600℃温度范围内均能使用。
2、反应速度快:与装配式热电偶相比,因为外径小热容量少,故微小的温度变化也能迅速反应,尤其是微细铠装热电偶更为明显。
3、安装使用方便:k型热电偶材料可在其外径5倍的圆柱体上绕5圈并可在多处位置弯曲。
4、使用寿命长:k型热电偶易引起热电势恶化,断线等事故,而wr□k系列铠装k型热电偶用氧化镁绝缘,气密性好、致密性好、致密度高,寿命长。
5、机械强度,耐压性能好:在有强烈震动,低温,高温,腐蚀性等恶劣条件下均能安全使用。k型热电偶最高可承受3*103kpa/cm2的压力。
6、k型热电偶外径尺寸范围:铠装热电偶外径可提供φ2.5~8mm,特殊要求的可以提供φ12mm的产品。
7、铠装热电偶的最大长度:铠装热电偶的最大长度可达500m。
8、铠装热电偶芯数:可提供单支芯(2芯),双支芯(4芯)和三支芯(6芯)的各类铠装热电偶。
